In 2008 Mark Ashby Design extensively remodeled a traditional spec house into this modern home. Mark removed the grand entry stairway relocating it to a more central location just off of the reconfigured open-plan kitchen. The original entry space was repurposed into two levels that now accommodate new media and exercise rooms.
